John Gladish
Villadoro is John Gladish's second hillside gated community facing west. When asked why, he answered,"sunsets are an important part of my life." Gladish has been involved in real estate development for twenty-five years. Robert Becker has worked in the real estate development business for almost 30 years. He is a 50 percent shareholder in Wintergreen Enterprises, Inc., a California development and construction company. He has completed more than 40 development projects over the last 30 years, ranging in size from single-family homes to 90 units of multi-family housing.
